YogaWise enables children to practice healthy habits from an early age. YogaWise classes develop children's mental, physical and emotional wellness. We cater for children ages 3-7 and 8-12 years of age. This class will introduce your little ones to yoga in a simple, structured, and uniquely effective program which helps kids calm themselves and feel happy. Your kids will learn the basic postures and concepts of yoga in a fun and supportive environment.
